A regular meeting of the WWLT Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at 6:00 pm, at the Community Room of the Paul Sawyier Public Library, 319 Wapping Street, Frankfort, KY.
This is the annual meeting of the Board. On the agenda are board elections and the Conflict of Interest Policy.
This meeting is free, open to the public, and accessible.
The Performance Excellence Committee will meet on Monday, November 26, 2018, at 1:00 pm, at the WWLT Office, Suite 602 in the McClure Building, 306 West Main Street, Frankfort, KY.
We will discuss the Internal Control Policies and Procedures, our Records Policy, the annual Conflict of Interest Policy, and continue our work on renewal of accreditation.

We will discuss the Internal Control Policies and Procedures, the Staff Travel Reimbursement Policy, our 5-year goals and outcomes, and continue our work on renewal of accreditation.

The Conservation Committee will meet on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 5:00 pm in downtown Frankfort. Agenda items include: discussion of proposed projects, Connector Forest, spring pest plant removal, and Strategic Conservation Planning.
