Richard Rosen, Vice-President

Richard was born and raised in Fairmont, Minnesota, a small farming community in southern Minnesota. He received a degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from St. Thomas College.

He was employed for 24 years by the 3M Company as a Project Engineer, Marketing Manager, and Business Unit Manager.    He later worked for his family business, Rosen’s Diversified, Inc., which has two main operating units – beef packing/processing and agricultural crop protection product distribution.

Richard and his wife, Anna Marie Pavlik, lived in St. Paul, Minnesota, for 8 years, and in Austin, Texas, for 25 years. In 2010, they chose to move to Frankfort, Kentucky.

He has served on the Board of Directors for the American Daylily Society for 3 terms. His hobbies include gardening, reading, and travel. He is a member and major donor to several non-profit conservation organizations.

Richard Rosen has been a Board member since 2017.
